Do not start before entering the lake
Warm-up before swimming will warm the muscles, joints are more flexible, reduce the risk of injury very high, soften the muscles, mental comfort. Conversely, if not started, muscles easily fall into a cold state, prone to shock and internal damage; prone to cramps.
The best way to warm up in sequence: turn your neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles for 10 to 15 minutes before swimming.
Into the lake when the body is still sweat
Going outside the welding line now, slapping on a swimsuit, kicking too much in the sun, the body can’t avoid sweating. At this time, pores are expanding, jumping into the water will be easily contaminated with water, germs in the pool easily penetrate the body through pores. The sudden drop in body temperature prevents sweat from draining, which can cause fatigue, headache, dizziness, and shortness of breath. Severe levels may faint between pools, resulting in drowning.
If you go from the sun to the pool, leave your body to spend five to ten minutes in the house waiting. When starting, do not stand in the hot sun but choose a shade. After starting up, use a towel to dry the sweat, let the body cool down for about five minutes and then go into the lake.
Eat too full before swimming
Snack on vegetables, tubers and fruits rather than fat, fast foods, and get into the pool after an hour or so. If you enter the pool too early, the lungs will not have enough air to meet the training process. When the stomach is full of food, blood travels here to digest food. Swimming while the stomach is still full, the blood will concentrate in the muscles that are moving, making the digestive tract hindered.
Do not add water
Swimming is a muscular movement, and the body is dehydrated like other sports. But when underwater, it feels thirsty so many people do not care about replenishing water, leading to some cases after swimming tired due to lack of water. It is best to swim about 30 minutes after swimming, drink some water before swimming.
